Quinta da Marinha is a low-density estate designed around a golf course and a pine forest, minutes from the centre of Cascais and from Guincho beach. The streets are quiet, the plots are large and privacy is the main argument.
Supply is almost entirely villas, many with pool and garden, ranging from 1980s houses to renovate to contemporary builds. There is a hotel, tennis, riding and a club that keeps the area alive.
